a.       In attendance: Steve Strebel, Jon Yaskal, Dale Nolden, Keith Black

III.                 Review of Prairie Creek Covenants.

a.       Discussed agenda for next meeting and two votes to be held for updates to covenant mid 2023.

                                                               i.      Vote for overall general changes to covenant. Both prior and proposed covenant to be made available for vote.

                                                             ii.      Vote for parking of trailers and recreational vehicles.
