Prairie Creek HOA Meeting Minutes

June 2, 2019

 

Present: Steve Strebel, Dale Nolden, Kelly Vant, Kristi Baker, Heather Ha, Molly Ross

Absent: Ryan Cox, John Davenport

 

1.       Status of the HOA

a.       Established with covenants

b.       Need to keep up the Storm Water Maintenance Agreement

2.       Storm Water Maintenance

a.       Dale talked to Gorman.  Have not gotten back to him regarding this request.

3.       Sheds and Pools

a.       Molly will set up Survey Monkey survey to draft the survey for pools and sheds for the Board to approve before sending to neighborhood.  (ASAP – responses from neighborhood by June 14)

b.       Based on the public meeting we will be voting on whether or not to allow sheds (yes or no)

c.       If yes to allow sheds, we will include additional questions to gather information to craft the final language

                  i.      Based on the input form the survey, the Board will put together the final specifications for the sheds.

1.       120 sq ft

2.       No more than 10ft high

3.       Wood siding, vinyl siding, LP smart side (additional vote for resin)

4.       Anchored to the ground

5.       Windows optional

6.       Must be enclosed

7.       Shingled roof (resin if voted in)

8.       Earth tones per covenant

9.       ACC approval process will still need to be followed

d.       Pools

                   i.      Do you want to allow above ground pools that follow the Village of Windsor Ordinances? (Yes or no)

4.       Dues will be set at $75/household annually

5.       Insurance

a.       Quote received from Acuity for $1445 for general coverage and $191 for Cyber Liability

6.       HOA By-laws

a.       Board needs to review the draft of the by-laws to discuss final draft for review by the neighborhood

7.       Bank account

a.       Steve and Kristi need to go set up the account

8.       Bike path maintenance

a.       Sporadically mowing the Scenic View side; not anything on Snowy Ridge

b.       Not currently doing any snow removal
