Prairie Creek HOA Board Meeting
Monday, March 14th, 2022
Attendance: Steve Strebel, Dale Nolden, Mark Aasve, Katie Selz, Kristy Baker, John Davenport

1. Website
a. Molly has been paid for covering cost of the website
b. Auto renewals taking place at the end of the month for website- $388 Annual Cost
c. Pictures on website will be added of the all HOA Board Members

2. Send reminder to neighbors for HOA Dues prior to April 1

3. Entrance Sign –
a. Board voted in favor of adding lights
b. Cleaning up landscape in the Spring
c. Wait to see what flowers come up before cleaning up and digging out to
prepare for rocks

4. Storm Water
a. Put together a group of 8-10 people to monitor the storm water catch basins for
drainage

5. Welcome Basket
a. Add postcard to collect email address and contact information
b. Ask if they want to be featured / introduction
c. Collect information from local vendors and neighbors to include

6. Newsletter
a. Adding content to send the newsletter out
b. Tree Trimming 101
c. Community Websites

7. Next Meeting – April 11th, 2022 @ 7pm
