a. Introduction of HOA officers

b. Welcome by Windsor Police Department

c. Meeting Rules: Robert's Rules of Order

i. Raise hand to ask question. Only speak when you have been addressed by President.

ii. Everyone will have a chance to comment within time constraints.

iii. No derogative comments will be accepted towards board or other neighbors

iv. Anyone causing a disruption will be asked to leave.

v. Use of Parking lot to record additional topics as they arise.

Is there a fee that everyone paid for the storm water management? Perhaps in the storm water management document.

g. Sheds and Pools

i. Sheds and pools are currently PROHIBITED in Prairie Creek

ii. Discuss two options for modifications to covenant.

Sheds

a. Need to ensure that it is anchored to the ground

b. Neighbors in favor of only supporting a wood shed that looks like your house (no resin)

c. Neighbors in favor of having nice looking sheds with no other restrictions

d. Need to add that only one shed is permitted

e. Idea that perhaps we should require landscaping around sheds

f. Want higher height than 9’ tall

g. When voting we need to add if we should change the covenants at all for sheds

Pools

a. If requiring fences, one mentioned to change the requirements for fences to allow more than wood (parking lot topic?)

b. Can we look to add requirements for drainage

c. Request for ACC approval for temporary pools

d. Request to add that swimming pools are 18” of water

e. Request for two separate votes for temporary and permanent

How will the HOA deal with neighbors who are already against the covenants?

One time initiation fee for new home buyers?

h. Bike Trail issues

i. Village is looking into the budget to see if they can take care of the trees this year or if they need to roll it to next year
