I.                    Call to Order

 

II.                  Roll Call of board members and welcome new member Dan Selz

III.                 Election of officers for 2024

a.       President:  Steve Strebel

IV.                Review and Approval of Minutes from 9-11-23 and 11-13-23

a.       September 2023: Approved with removal of addresses

b.       November 2023: Approved

 

V.                  Presentation of Reports

a.       Treasurer’s Report

                               i.      2023 summary document

                                  ii.      Need to get Dan Selz Access to our account and a Debit card.

 

VI.                2024 Dues letter

a.       Dues collected will be 50.00 per property and due by April 1st.

 

VII.              Old Business

a.       Discussion outcome of vote and status of Covenant

           i.      New covenant draft sent to neighbors with one error on parking surface. Corrected covenant being sent.

b.       Updates on request to Village to correct issues in our neighborhood that are breaking Village ordinance.  Look to see when Village plans to replace open positions.  Discuss how we work with the village to meet our needs. 

         i.      Village enforcement officer position is vacant. Village actively looking to fill role.

c.       Prairie burn and bike path maintenance.

          i.      No update from village on either issue. Continue to submit complaints to village via Windsor website.

 

 

VIII.            New Business

a.       Set meeting calendar for the year

         i.      Meetings second Monday of every month (March 11th, May 13th, July 8th, September 9th, & November 11th)

b.       Discuss plans for By-Law review

         i.      John Davenport and Jon Yaskal to make preliminary suggestions and submit to board for March 13th meeting.

c.       Projects or concerns to be looked at in 2024

        i.      Voting Language in Covenant & By Laws (2/3 of voting member or 2/3 of voters) Research into website hosting fees (Square Space $92.00 & 312.00/ year)  – Jon Yaskal

        ii.      HOA insurance quotes (Acuity – $2191.00/year) – Dan Selz

d.       Other board member concerns

 

IX.                Open Forum for new topics. Speakers must observe proper behavior and rules of decorum.
