Prairie Creek HOA Board Meeting Minutes

 Present: Steve, Molly, Ryan, John, Dale, Kelly, Kristy

Absent: Heather

1.       Update on Covenant issues.  November 1st due date

a.       One currently – Attorney sent letter to homeowner regarding the various covenant violations and overdue annual dues

  i.      November 1 is the deadline to remediate

2.       Pools and return payments.  October 1st was due date

a.       4 neighbors put pools up and paid the fee

b.       3 neighbors have taken the pools down; 1 has not

i.      Steve will send a letter to take the pool down

c.        Return of fees will be sent via electronic return from the webstore

3.       Signs

a.       Discussed and tabled for a later date

4.       Other HOA issues

a.       None to discuss

5.       Halloween recommendation

a.       Village Trick or Treat hours: 5:00pm-7:30pm

b.       Parade at 1pm

  i.      HOA to participate and give out candy

 ii.      $100 for candy will be used – unanimous decision

6.       Election of 3 positions

a.       Steve will send out email to solicit for volunteers to be on board

b.       Looking to vote in early-mid December

7.       Treasure update:  $5232.63

a.       4 - $150 deposits still pending (see above)

b.       Owe Steve $50 for repaying Alex Hill for community hall payment

c.        Owe Molly approx. $782.80 for supplies for the public meetings and website hosting fees
