a.       Treasurer’s Report – Added to website

b.       Committee Reports

                                                               i.      Welcome baskets – Four being delivered in coming weeks

                                                             ii.      Storm Water – Implementing volunteer system to monitor buildup in storm water outlets into retention areas

c.       Village updates

                                                               i.      Move from Waste Management to Pellitteri complete.

                                                             ii.      Thursday new pickup date.

                                                           iii.      Recycling picked up every week.

IX.                Old Business

a.       Covenant updates

                                                               i.      Language being added surrounding in-ground pools – Mirror village ordinance

                                                             ii.      Trailers, Campers, RVs, Boats, etc. to be discussed & voted on in future meeting. Mirror village ordinance?

b.       Covenant rule regarding neighborhood vote

                                                               i.      Changes to covenant will require 2/3 vote to be approved (of those present at the meeting).

                                                             ii.      Email with topics to be sent one to two weeks prior to meeting to inform all neighborhood residence of upcoming topics for a vote.

c.       Prairie Creek Sign

                                                               i.      Estimate received to add power box, stone, & permanent light.

                                                             ii.      Decision to made to weed and trim back current trees only at this time.

X.                  New Business

a.       2023 HOA Fee - $35.00 – Email to come – Due April 1, 2023

XI.                Open Forum. Speakers must observe proper behavior and rules of decorum.

a.       Trees overhanging sidewalks

                                                               i.      Windsor Connect App – Report troublesome trees to the village through the app.
