Prairie Creek HOA Board Meeting

1. Board Election Update and Officer Elections.
a. President- Steve Strebel

2. Meeting Minute review and 2021 Summary- Approved
3. Treasures Report – Summarized all of our revenues and expenditures. Current balance is $8,538.86
4. 2022 Dues- Drop fees to $35 per household
5. Website responsibilities and fees. –Suggestion of putting information on approval from the HOA if someone wants to add to their property
a. No Bank Payment in 2021. Investigating this
b. Email from Ryan on May 14th. “Molly's card was still being billed for the last two payments for the webpage. It should be switched over now for good. Can you please reimburse Molly for $404.00? “ Square Host for website. It has been set to charge from our account but no payment has been taken from the account. $404 for running website. Steve will look up more detail on the website. Steve will contact Molly to make sure no more payment is being taken from her.
6. Process for not requesting approval for HOA related projects – Include more information on the website.
7. Storm Water subcommittee Update- looking for volunteers on the committee
8. Entrance sign – Need to come up with an idea for minimal upkeep or hire someone to do it. Discuss this at the neighborhood meeting to get input from neighbors. Survey to the neighbors to see what they feel is important- include cost with hiring a service or doing it ourselves. Mark will research cost options with doing it ourselves or hiring it out.
9. Update on New forms for project submissions. No change
10. Neighborhood Meeting? Are we in need of a neighborhood meeting? - Discuss at next meeting
11. New Neighbor Welcome package status. How do we track comings and goings?- Welcoming packet with information on HOA, coupons
12. Rewrite of Covenant Meeting. Still need to be scheduled
13. Trimming of Trees on Terrace- Village will not do it. Do we put the responsibility on the homeowner or hire someone to trim trees. Mark will talk to SRB’s to see the cost to trim trees. If the HOA takes it on, it is our responsibility moving forward.
