1. Review and approval previous minutes

a. Approved

2. Solar Panel Discussion

a. Round table discussion of panels in general

b. State statutes reviewed

c. Restrictions agreed upon

i. Must match the pitch of the roof

ii. Concealed wiring

iii. Panel distance from roof will be approved by the ACC

iv. All requests will come through the ACC

d. Molly will send out an email to the neighborhood to let everyone know

3. Pending ACC approvals

a. One for a shed – will be approved

4. By-Laws review

a. Review over the next week and get any changes to Steve by Friday

5. Update covenant and registration

a. Will add language for sheds and solar panels

6. Dues notification and Banking

a. Need to set up account

b. Dues are due in January

c. Will announce to neighborhood in December with letter

7. Swimming Pool review
